Description

The perfect solution for one pot cooking, this heavy duty aluminium pan features a hard-wearing, non-stick Durastone PFOA-free, ceramic stone interior coating. This allows you to cook with little or no fat, oil or butter for healthier eating. The family pan is 28cm in diameter and extra deep at 6.5cm, allowing it to be used in the oven as a shallow casserole as well as on the hob. It’s perfect for stir fries, currys, risottos and chillies. The pan has a toughened glass lid with steam vent and stainless-steel rim and handles. Dishwasher safe and suitable for all hob types including induction, ideal for serving your dishes straight to the table.

Dishwasher safe, however we do recommend washing the pans by hand to prolong their life. Suitable for all hob types including induction. Please note induction hobs heat up very quickly and can deliver extremely high temperatures which are often two or three times that of a typical gas hob. Do not use high or boost settings to heat oil or fat, these settings should only be used for boiling large quantities of water. Reduce the heat as soon as your preferred temperature is reached. We suggest lower heat settings are used as excessive heat will damage the pan and this may not be covered by your guarantee.
