Instructions for use:

• It is ideally placed before departure but can also be installed during the journey.
• The internal plastic stud of the bracelet should be positioned on the Nei-Kuan acupuncture point by placing the 3 fingers of the right hand (index, ring, little finger) on the inner part of the left wrist with the edge of the index finger in contact with the wrist joint.
• The Nei-Kuan acupuncture point is located under the edge of the index finger between the 2 tendons.
• Each box contains 2 bracelets, it is essential to wear a bracelet on each wrist.
• A simple explanatory leaflet is included in the box.
